Everything from booking to collection was seamless. They provided a loaner car while my iX was in for battery service. Staff is attentive and the facility is immaculate.

My i4 had a software glitch. They resolved it remotely first, then confirmed it in person. No waiting, no runaround. This is how EV service should be done.
Great but pricey post-warranty
Service quality is impeccable. My only note is that post-warranty costs are steep. That said, the workmanship justifies it for a car of this calibre.
