Collection of Personal Data
We collect personal data only when there is a legitimate purpose and with the knowledge or consent of the individual, where required. Collection is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
Purpose Limitation
Personal data collected will only be used for the purposes notified at the point of collection or for directly related purposes. We will seek fresh consent before using data for a new purpose.
Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate and complete for its intended use. You are encouraged to update your information with us when it changes.
Protection
We implement appropriate security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
Transfer Overseas
If we transfer personal data overseas, we ensure the receiving organisation provides a standard of protection at least comparable to the PDPA.
Access and Correction
You may request access to or correction of your personal data held by us. Requests can be submitted to our DPO at dpo@sgelectrik.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time by notifying us. Please note that withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain services.
