Dedicated EV lane makes a difference
The separate EV service lane means no waiting behind ICE cars. Technicians are EV-specific and answered all my questions about the e-tron charging behaviour thoroughly.

Service was completed on schedule. The digital health report sent to my email was a nice touch — shows everything checked and flagged.
