Brought in my Atto 3 for the first annual service. Technicians clearly know the DiLink system well. Only complaint is the waiting area could be better.

Had a charging port issue. They identified the fault immediately, ordered the part, and fixed it within 3 days. Covered fully under warranty. Very satisfied.
